Deleting your account is permanent. All your animal data, logs, photos, and settings will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please export your data before proceeding if you want to keep a copy.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your account information (name, email, profile)
All animal profiles and data you created
Feeding, weight, shedding, and health logs
Breeding records and clutch data
Photos and documents you uploaded
Workspace memberships and permissions
Personal preferences and settings
Communication history with support

What Gets Retained

Some data must be retained for legal or operational purposes:

Transaction Records

Required by law for tax and financial compliance

7 years

Backup Data

Recovery purposes, then permanently deleted

30 days

Anonymous Analytics

Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics

Indefinitely

Deletion Timeline

Immediate (Day 0)

Your account is deactivated and you can no longer log in.

Within 24 Hours

You receive a confirmation email with details about the deletion process.

Within 30 Days

All personal data is permanently deleted from our active systems. Backup copies are removed after 30 days.
