1. Subscription Plans

Herp Tracker offers the following subscription tiers:

Track up to 3 animals with basic features

Keeper

$4.99/mo

Unlimited animals, full tracking features, cloud sync

Unlimited animals
Full history

Breeder

$9.99/mo

All Keeper features plus breeding module, genetics calculator, and priority support

Facility

$24.99/mo

All features plus team collaboration, multiple workspaces, and dedicated support

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You may choose monthly or annual billing cycles. Annual subscriptions offer a discount compared to monthly billing.

App Store Billing

Payment will be charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for premium subscriptions. If you begin a free trial:

Full Access

You will have full access to premium features during the trial period

No Charge

You will not be charged until the trial period ends

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged

Trial Forfeiture

Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Upon cancellation:

Access Until Period Ends

You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period

Downgrade to Starter

Your account will revert to the Starter (Free) plan after the billing period ends

Data Preserved

Your data will be preserved, but access to premium features will be limited

Animal Limit

If you have more than 3 animals, they will remain in your account but you will need to upgrade to add new animals

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) according to their respective policies.

Via your order history

We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact us at support@herptracker.app and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If prices increase:

We will notify you at least 30 days in advance
The new price will take effect at your next billing cycle
You may cancel before the new price takes effect
Continuing your subscription after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases:

No refund will be provided for the current billing period
You may request an export of your data before termination takes effect
