Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly billing.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Open Herp Tracker and go to Settings
  2. Tap "Subscription" or "Upgrade"
  3. Select your desired plan (Keeper, Breeder, or Facility)
  4. Choose monthly or annual billing
  5. Confirm purchase through your app store
  6. Your new features will be available immediately

Upgrade Tip: If upgrading mid-cycle, you'll only be charged the prorated difference.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Subscriptions are managed through your app store. To cancel:

iOS (Apple)

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Herp Tracker
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions
  4. Tap Subscriptions
  5. Select Herp Tracker
  6. Tap Cancel subscription

Note: You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Refund requests are processed by your app store:

If you're experiencing technical issues, please contact support and we'll do our best to help before you request a refund.

Account Settings

Change Email

Go to Settings → Account → Email to update your email address.

Change Password

Go to Settings → Account → Password. You'll need to verify your current password.

Delete Account

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export your data first if you want to keep it.
