Starter (Free)
$0/month- • Track up to 3 animals

Breeder
$9.99/month- • Everything in Keeper

$29.99/month- • Everything in Breeder
- • Team collaboration

Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly billing.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Open Herp Tracker and go to Settings
- Tap "Subscription" or "Upgrade"
- Select your desired plan (Keeper, Breeder, or Facility)
- Choose monthly or annual billing
- Confirm purchase through your app store
- Your new features will be available immediately
Upgrade Tip: If upgrading mid-cycle, you'll only be charged the prorated difference.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Subscriptions are managed through your app store. To cancel:
iOS (Apple)
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Herp Tracker
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Herp Tracker
- Tap Cancel subscription
Note: You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests are processed by your app store:
- Apple App Store: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: Go to your order history in the Google Play app
If you're experiencing technical issues, please contact support and we'll do our best to help before you request a refund.
Account Settings
Change Email
Go to Settings → Account → Email to update your email address.
Change Password
Go to Settings → Account → Password. You'll need to verify your current password.
Delete Account
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export your data first if you want to keep it.
